싸이는 21일 밤 미국 라스베이거스의 MGM 그랜드 아레나에서 열린 아이하트라디오(iHeartRadio) 뮤직 페스티벌 2012' 첫날 공연에 특별 손님 자격으로 출연, 히트곡 '강남스타일'을 열창했다.

앞서 싸이는 미국 유명 방송인 라이언 시크레스트로부터 '아이하트' 출연 제안을 받아 이번 페스티벌에 출연하게 됐다.

특히 이번 뮤직페스티벌은 브리트니 스피어스, 리한나, 어셔, 본조비, 그린데이 등 인기 팝스타들이 대거 출연하는 공연으로 싸이는 이를 계기로 또 한번 명실공히 월드스타임을 입증했다.

Psy takes over Las Vegas 'Gangnam Style'

He is the Korean pop sensation that has taken America by storm.

The iHeartRadio Music Festival would not have been complete without him this year. K-pop king, Psy, gave Las Vegas a full serving of "Gangnam Style" by performing his viral song and dance on stage.

Who says you can't wear white after labor day? The singer and current dance phenomenon graced the stage in a full white tuxedo with purple sequins and matching purple sunglasses.

He started his signature anthem off with a bang and full on Gangnam dance moves. 

Everyone at the MGM Grand Las Vegas was PSY-ched and on their feet for Psy's performance, singing (in Korean!) and dancing along with him. Las Vegas has officially been Gangnam Styled!
